Reaching out for support
December can be a difficult time for many of us and for many reasons. More than ever, now is the time reach out if you need support and to look out for friends and family who may need support.
#UGUmbrella – Imagine what others may be going through, this December we look at Empathy
The Umbrella Project, founded by Dr. Jen Forristal, features monthly themes, activities and curriculum links to support students and staff as they focus on wellness.
