Oct 6th Updates: Chocolate Fundraiser, Student Census and Spirit Day
First, thank you to all of the families who have done an amazing job supporting our School Council Chocolate fundraiser. We still have a number of families who need to pay for the chocolate using SchoolCash online or by returning the $90 in the provided envelopes. The fundraiser ends next Wednesday so please remember to pay online or send in the envelopes by this date.
Secondly, the UGDSB has launched the board-wide ‘UGDSB Counts Student Census.’ The goal of the census is for the school board to learn more about the diversity of students in our communities and make positive change to support students.
The census opened Sept 19 and remains open until Oct 9. More information was emailed directly to families.
Finally, tomorrow is a spirit day at June Ave to support the Blue Jays as they begin the playoffs. Please wear blue and white or your Blue Jays gear. Go Jays Go!
