ARTS NIGHT THIS THURSDAY APRIL 18 FROM 6:15 TO 8:15
Hello Families!
Our Second Annual Arts Night is being held at Ken Danby Public School on Thursday, April 18th from 6:15pm – 8:15pm. Our evening is comprised of arts activities and student performances in the gymnasium. As advertised, attendance is optional.
Primary students will be performing in the gymnasium at 6:30. Please have them to their assigned room by 6:15pm.
While the primary students are performing the Junior/Intermediate students and their parents are welcome to head upstairs to check out student artwork and attend one of the many workshops offered by community members.
Rooms have a capacity of 30 people and admittance is first come, first served. Students must attend a workshop with a parent.
At 7:15 we will be asking the junior/intermediate children to head to their assigned classroom. The junior/intermediate children’s will be performing in the gym at 7:25pm. At this time the primary students and their parents are welcome to head upstairs to check out the student artwork and attend one of the many workshops offered by community members. Please remember, as with the earlier sessions, the rooms have a capacity of 30 people and admittance is first come, first served. Students must attend a workshop with a parent.
