Parent-Teacher Interviews
In most cases, interviews with teachers will be on Thursday, November 24 after school and in the evening, as well as on the PA Day Friday, November 25 during day, unless otherwise arranged by your child(ren)’s teacher. This year our interviews will mostly be held in-person at the school.
We are using the on-line Parent-Teacher Interview Booking System to arrange interviews. This booking system will open today, November 18, at 3:30 pm and will close on Wednesday, November 23rd at 4:00 pm. The following is the link to access the interview booking website:

The only information you will require to log into the system is your child’s 9-digit OEN number (located on the top of the first page of the Progress Report) and their birthdate.
Once you have entered the booking site, you simply check off the teachers you would like to meet, as well as a time slot. That time slot then becomes unavailable to anyone else.
Staff e-mail addresses can be found on our website (Staff Directory), should you need to reach out to a teacher.
If you are unable to meet the teacher on the provided times/dates, please contact the teacher directly to arrange a mutually agreed upon time.
