We have been asked to share the following information below from Public Health.
1) It is important to ensure that you are completing the Daily Screening Tool with each child. The Daily Screening Tool can be found online at https://covid-19.ontario.ca/school-screening/, or a printable copy can be found by clicking on the following link: Public Health Printable Screening Tool For Students & Children October 2020.
2) Public Health has also created a one-page Return to School Guidance resource to assist with any questions you might have regarding your child’s return to school. It can be found by clicking on the following link: Public Health Return To School Guidance October 2020.
