WHY Survey for Parents (February 2nd)
Wellington-Dufferin-Guelph Public Health has partnered with our School Board to conduct the WHY Survey (Well-Being and Health Youth Survey) for staff, students, and parents.
We are asking parents to complete the survey by accessing the following link: Parent Survey
The parent survey asks about the parent’s relationship with the school, the experiences of their child at school, and their personal well-being. The information can be used to inform programs and supports for students. The results will also help identify opportunities to improve the well-being of children and youth in our community.
