Report Card and Chromebook Update
Our teachers have completed term 2 report cards. JK, and Grade 1-7 reports will be mailed to families.
We will invite our SK and Grade 8 students to come to the school to pick up their report cards, graduation certificates, and take a quick photo under the school sign. Any reports not picked up will be sent home in the mail.
The pick up schedule will be as follows:
- SK students on Wednesday June 24 in the morning 9:30 – 11:30
- Grade 8’s in the afternoon 12:30 – 2:30
- Student will pick up report card and certificate at the outside library entrance doors
- Students will move towards the front of the school (by the sign) for a quick photo if they would like a photo with student, school sign, and certificate (sorry no staff members)
Physical Distancing MUST be followed.
A Note About School Borrowed Chromebooks:
- You may keep the borrowed Chromebook to use over the summer to support learning and/or to help your child(ren) to stay engaged with learning; these devices will then be returned in the fall
- If you choose to keep the Chromebook over the summer, please remember to fully shut it down regularly to ensure it access updates over the summer when it is turned back on.
- For those students moving to a new school board for the fall and for families who would prefer to return their Chromebooks over the summer, please drop off at our school as per the schedule below:
- If you are finished with the Chromebook, they can be dropped off June 22nd, 23rd, or 24th between 9-3
- If you would like to use the Chromebook until the last day of school (June 26th), email [email protected] to arrange a drop off time during the week of June 29th
