Teacher Conferences
Dear parents and guardians,
Each year, following Progress Reports, our teaching staff meet with families to discuss the progress of their children. This year, with COVID restrictions still in place, we will offer that opportunity in a different way.
Conferences will be held on Thursday, Nov. 26th in the evening and Friday, Nov. 27th throughout the day. Our teaching staff will have video conferences with parents this year. For those who are not able to, or not comfortable with video conferencing, you will have the option to connect by phone.
Please see the attached information on how to schedule a conference with your child’s teacher.
Please note:
– The Booking Site will open on Sunday, Nov. 15th at 9:00 AM and close on Nov. 23rd at 11:50 PM. You will only be able to book appointments in this window of time.
– Progress Reports will be going home to parents on Friday, November 20th.
– Your child’s OEN number can be found at the top of the Progress Report. You will need this to schedule a conference time. You can also find this on previous report cards.
– The link you use to book a conference is: www.ugdsb.ca/pti/
– Please submit the third page of the attached documents to your teacher if you are interested in a phone conference
– You must still book your conference using our booking system at www.ugdsb.ca/pti/ even if you want to conference by phone
– You will find a link to the video conference when you have booked your time slot – under location
