Rapid Antigen Test Kits

Posted April 14, 2022

In advance of the long weekend, we are reminding families and students that there are rapid antigen test kits available at the school, if families wish to have more on hand at home. Younger students will be given Rapid Antigen Test kits to take home to their families today. Older students will have the option to take these kits. When in doubt, we will encourage students to take kits home. This is completely optional for students and voluntary should you wish to have additional test kits at home. If your child brings a kit home and you do not require them, please return the kit to your child’s teacher on Tuesday, April 19th. If you did not get a kit, more will be available when we return from the long weekend. Additionally, with the increased number of COVID cases in our communities and with Dr. Moore’s recent recommendations on masking indoors, we are asking families to consider sending masks to school with your child(ren) as an additional layer of protection.  Schools continue to have masks on hand for students who would like to wear them at school. While mask wearing indoors is not mandated at this time we want to do everything we can to ensure our students and staff remain healthy.
