Attendance (Absences, Late Arrivals, Early Dismissals)

To help us keep attendance records accurate, please use the following process when reporting an absence or change to your child’s school day:

• Full-Day or Planned Absence: Please email tworivers.ss@ugdsb.on.ca to let us know your child will be absent.

• Late Arrival or Planned Early Dismissal: Whenever possible, please email tworivers.ss@ugdsb.on.ca in advance or have your child bring a note to the Main Office.

• Last-Minute Early Pick-Up: If you need to pick up your child unexpectedly during the school day, please call the school and press 0 to speak directly with the Main Office.

Providing advance notice whenever possible helps us have students ready for dismissal and minimizes interruptions to classroom learning.
