The 9th annual Telling Tales Festival

Posted September 15, 2017

An Incredible Free Festival of Reading for Kids and Teens! The 9th annual Telling Tales Festival is this Sunday September 17th, 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.

It is only a 30 minute drive away!

At the festival kids can meet lots of award winning authors, get signatures, hear great music performances, experience hands on activities and have free access to the Heritage village or Westfield.  There is also a great Book Swap! Many of the Silver Birch and Blue Spruce books that students have been reading at Paisley Road are written by authors attending the festival!  This year Kevin Sylvester, Ted Staunton, Erin Bow, Jude Johnson and many other famous authors/performers will be there.

• Telling Tales is a FREE festival.  Telling Tales Festival is located at Westfield Heritage Village in Rockton, Ontario.  Free parking is available only at the Rockton Fairgrounds with a complimentary shuttle service to Westfield Heritage Village.
