Dear Parent Involvement Committee Members,
We are looking forward to gathering again remotely at our second meeting of the year and hope you are able to make it! At this meeting, we will be continuing planning for our Parents Reaching Out (PRO) Grant projects and initiatives for the year.
In light of the COVID-19 restrictions we have in place we will be holding our PIC meeting virtually. We are scheduled to meet on Monday, October 25, 2021 at 7:00pm.
Also, we will have a presentation from Jenny Marino, the UGDSB’s Mental Health Lead regarding the supports and programs available to assist students who may be struggling in this area. We welcome anyone in the UGDSB who would like to attend and learn more about this subject and about the work that PIC does, so feel free to bring a friend.
We look forward to seeing you at the meeting.
