The link below will take you to our Board Improvement Plan for Student Achievement (BIPSA). While it is a three year plan, it is updated each year to reflect the needs across our system. The initiatives and foci in the document are based on best practices and are supported by current educational research. The BIPSA helps direct the professional development activities across our system and guides schools in the work they do on their own school improvement plans. Feel free to take a look at the plan to find out more about the strategies for improving student achievement that are in place across our system.
Students will attain individual excellence through dynamic programming provided by an effective staff and supported by a committed community. We will meet our students’ diverse needs through the provision of equitable and accessible resources. Our learning environment will be characterized by empowered administrators, effective communication and mutual compassionate respect.
We believe that all students can succeed. This can be accomplished through inclusion and the equity of outcomes for all students. Planning, Instruction and Assessment is differentiated to take into account the background and experiences of all students and to meet their diverse interests, aptitudes and learning styles.
