Grade 7 and 8 Vaccinations
Information was sent home today about a vaccination clinic to be held in our gym on October 7, 2021 for grade 7 and 8 students who do need vaccinations for:
*Meningococcal disease
*Hepatitis B
*Human Papillomavirus
Permission forms need to be returned to the school by September 17, 2021.
Public Health will also be offering vaccine clinics outside of school for students who are not able to be vaccinated at school on October 7th, 2021
