Schools Closed Today – Monday, April 16th, 2018

Due to inclement weather, all UGDSB schools and offices are closed today. All buses and taxis to Upper Grand schools are canceled. The board offices are closed.

Please be sure to stay away from pooling water today and streams.  Flooding may occur in some areas.

Long Term Accommodation Plan Final Report (Draft) – Public Meetings

The Long Term Accommodation Plan (LTAP) Final Report (Draft) is going to be presented at 5 regional public meetings throughout the month of May.

The draft report includes a list of proposed short (1-5 yrs.) and long (6-10 yrs.) accommodation priorities. The report does not include any recommended changes to school programs or boundaries. Pin

Long Term Accommodation Plan (LTAP) Background Report and Public Engagement Plan

On January 30, 2018, trustees approved a Public Engagement Plan as a part of the Board’s process to develop a Long Term Accommodation Plan (LTAP).

The LTAP is a strategic review of the Board’s facilities, population projections, and enrolment forecasts.  At the end of the process, the LTAP will identify accommodation priorities for the Board.
