Nov 15 Weekly Update
Good afternoon Rockwood families,
It looks like winter is suddenly upon us! Please send students in outdoor gear so they are warm for the outdoor recesses including boots and indoor shoes for gym. If support is needed for outdoor clothing, please contact the school.
On Nov 17th, report cards will be available for parents to download from the parent portal. Please use the following link for more information: https://sites.google.com/ugcloud.ca/parenthelp/report-cards-parent-portal
If for some reason, you are unable to access the portal and require a hard copy, please contact your child’s teacher. We are an environmentally responsive school and request that you download a copy.
Parent Teacher Interviews Nov 24/Nov 25: Please see the attached document regarding how to sign up for a parent teacher interview. https://docs.google.com/document/d/14JgEDD2wkXhhvJyclCaxBRztMbNJ97hdO295or4-_fk/edit?usp=sharing The system opens on Nov 17th at 9am and closes on Nov 23rd at 10pm.
Please note that Nov 25th is a PA Day and there is no school for students due to parent teacher interviews.
November 18th-We have Dr. Khan who will be doing presentations for our Grade 7 students on mental health and well-being.
