Readathon Fundraiser- Thank you to all of the parents and students for supporting our readathon fundraiser. Our grand total raised is $4129 so far! We are so pleased with the success of this fundraiser. Thanks to Ms. Soper for all of her organization in managing this fundraiser. Here is a podcast created by Ms. Soper and her students for the readathon.
Purdys-Thank you to all who ordered Purdy’s Chocolates in our Spring Fundraiser! We sold $3200 with of chocolate, with $900 coming back to the school. Orders will be arriving early next week and council will reach out to parents about pick up.
Food Programs
LAST CALL! Food orders are for April-June Pizza and Milk are due today on schoolcashonline.com! No late orders will be accepted. Order via school cash online.
We also have subs available for purchase weekly on schoolcasholine.com and then go to Lunch Box, order now (in yellow) and you can order by Sunday for Wednesday of the same week. Subs are saved in the fridge for the next day and students need to remember to request their sub. You can also cancel by going into the system in advance and a credit is applied.

Parents/guardians invited to PIC Spring Event – April 26th
Parents and guardians are invited to a great free event happening on April 26th at Centre Wellington District High School in Fergus beginning at 5:30pm. The UGDSB Parent Involvement Committee presents “Building Engaging School Councils.” Whether you’re currently part of a school council or are looking to become involved, this event is an opportunity open to all parents and guardians to discuss, learn and share with each other.

EQAO WEBINAR FOR CAREGIVERS OF ELEMENTARY STUDENTS
There is a FREE live webinar to learn about EQAO assessment results and Ontario’s large-scale assessment program at the elementary-school level.
- March 28th @ 6:30pm
- April 4th @ 12:00pm.
EQAO will review highlights from the 2021–2022 assessment results. The session will also highlight how the Primary division (Grade 3) and Junior division (Grade 6) assessments have been modernized.
