Guelph’s ReCycle bike reuse program Donate a bike. Drop off your old bike at Guelph’s Waste Resource Innovation Centre for free.. Donations must be in working condition. If you can’t drop it off, you can order a large item pickup for your bike and we will add it to our inventory.. We do not issue tax receipts for donations. guelph.ca |
