Principal’s Message – January 9, 2021
What a great first week of remote learning. Although we are disappointed that the situation in the province prevents us from safely returning to school at this point, we are grateful that so many of our kiddos were actively engaged in learning throughout the week. We know that our parents are juggling many things to make this happen and it is appreciated. We also appreciate that for some of our families, you will get to the work when you can. We get it!
I had a lot of fun popping into classes this week to say hello and introduce myself. The students were great and asked many good questions. It was nice to see their faces. I hope to pop in again over the course of remote learning to share a story or have a discussion.
Thank you to the budding photographers who have shared their photos with me to feature in our daily announcements. They will start to see them next week. If your child has a nature shot they would like to share they can send it to my ugcloud account.
