- UGDSB schools will continue with our current measures for online learning until further notice. Please click here for further information.
- During this period, child care centres will remain open and Before and/or After School Programs (BASP) will remain closed.

Update regarding extension of online learning
At this time, we do not expect that schools will resume in-person learning until the end of the provincial emergency orders on February 11, 2021, at the earliest.

Temporary online learning extended until Jan. 29, 2021
Public Health has instructed the UGDSB that the current measures in place for online learning in the UGDSB will be extended until at least January 29.

Information for schools following expanded provincial restrictions
On Tuesday Jan. 12, 2021, the provincial government announced new restrictions to help slow the spread of COVID-19 in Ontario. SRS Students, in the news!
We wanted to share some of the excellent work from our senior Writers’ Craft course which ended up getting published in the Guelph Mercury-Tribune recently. After the teacher (M. Mazurek) had a successful collaboration last fall with the Mercury-Tribune, she was asked to collaborate again with the current class of SRS Writers’ Craft.

Semester 2 Course Selection
Course selections for Semester 2 courses with the SRS is now open. Students will be selecting FOUR courses for both quadmester 3 and quadmester 4 this time around. Students are ONLY picking courses if you are staying with the SRS. Students going back to their home school must contact their school regarding their timetable.
