Hi Everyone!
Just a short note to say THANKS FOR BEING AWESOME! We had our Celebration assembly October 31st and it was AWESOME! So much School Spirit in coming together and hearing the students cheer! Staff dancing and singing, getting a make over, slimed and sill string flying! And a concert by Mrs. Bulmer and Stacey K! We raised over $5000 for Terry Fox and Cancer research!
This year Progress reports will be available online. See the School Calendar for dates! This report is communication based on assessment in the first two months of school. They are an opportunity to check in on your child’s progress, to talk to the teacher and collaborate on a plan to support your child for learning as they work toward their First Term report card.
Keep reading with your child at home and looking for opportunities to practise math together. Have an older sibling read to their younger sibling, yourself or another family member.

Complete daily COVID screening. If your child is not well, please keep them at home. If your child will be absent – please call and report this to the attendance line! You can call the attendance line at any time and leave a message. This saves time for Mrs. Bulmer calling all of our absent students. 519 766 4544 x 100
Have your child check the weather and come dressed appropriately so we can get outside! (label their belongings please).

Progress Reports and Parent/Teacher Interviews
Progress Reports will be available Thursday November 17th.
In November, you have the opportunity to have an interview with your child’s teachers. Staff may choose to contact you directly and NOT use the online booking system. You will be able to sign up for an interview starting Saturday, November 5 at 7:30 am until Wednesday, November 9th at 4:00 pm. Please contact the office for assistance if needed. Meetings may be by Google Meet, in person or by phone.

Visit the website at www.ugdsb.ca/pti/. We recommend Chrome browser. Internet Explorer is incompatible with this application.
Login
Login with the Ontario Education Number (OEN, 9 digits) and Date of Birth of your child during the booking period. Parents may find the OEN on the Student’s Report Card.
Please contact the school with the OEN and name of your child if you cannot login.
Book
Check the timeslot when you like to meet the teacher (parents of elementary students need to select a teacher first), uncheck to cancel. The appointments will be saved automatically.
