UnLearn Activity: Provoking Thought…Inspiring Positive Change
This is the UnLearn Activity that our students participated in for the month of October. These activities provoke thought to inspire positive change.
The purpose of the unLearn Activities is to:
- provide strategies and tools to facilitate the development and use of open-ended critical questions by both students and teachers
- engage students and teachers in creating meaningful contexts for thinking and learning
- develop deeper understanding of equity, inclusion, diversity and social justice across the curriculum
- provide opportunities for student voice and leadership at the classroom, school and system level build teacher and student leadership capacity
