Information about positive COVID-19 case (Nov. 29, 2021)

Wellington-Dufferin-Guelph Public Health (WDGPH) has confirmed a positive COVID-19 case at Wellington Heights yesterday. WDGPH has determined that this individual was not at school during their infectious period and therefore, classmates and staff were not at risk of exposure through the individual.
WDGPH has noted that this case does not create any risk to other students or to the public beyond the general community risk. Consequently, there are no additional students or staff who need to get tested or self-isolate as a result of this news, and WDGPH has determined that the school is safe for students and staff to attend.
