ETFO Feb. 4 & Feb. 6 strikes: All UGDSB elementary schools to close – Secondary schools to remain open

On Tuesday Feb. 4 and Thursday Feb. 6, all UGDSB ELEMENTARY schools are closed to students due to planned one-day ETFO strikes. All UGDSB SECONDARY schools are to remain open to students on these dates and will operate as usual. For additional details visit: http://ow.ly/iXz450y69uN

TRANSPORTATION: On Feb. 4 and Feb. 6, buses/student transportation for all UGDSB elementary students is cancelled. Transportation for secondary students will continue to run.

COMMUNITY USE OF SCHOOLS AND CHILD CARE: Community Use of Schools and third-party operated child care centres remain open during this labour action. Some Before and/or After School Programs may be operating and each operator will communicate directly with families.​
