It is the Policy of the Upper Grand District School Board that Trustees adopt attitudes and behaviours that reflect a clear sense of their responsibility to conduct the business of the Board in the best interests of its students, staff and the organization. By committing to a Code of Conduct, Trustees shall demonstrate leadership and accountability, and shall merit the trust of the public and Board staff.
