Policy 103 Trustee Code of Conduct
Policy Statement
It is the policy of the Upper Grand District School Board (UGDSB) that trustees adopt attitudes and behaviours that reflect a clear sense of their responsibility to conduct the business of the Board in the best interests of its students, staff and the organization. By committing to a Code of Conduct, trustees shall demonstrate leadership and accountability, and shall merit the trust of the public and board staff.
