EJPS Week at a Glance (June 19-23)

Chers parents,

The end of the year is closing in and festivities and fun are in abundance as we celebrate another great year together. It was nice to see some of you at our Volunteer Appreciation Tea on Tuesday. City Track was a fun and proud day for EJ participants on Wednesday. Many of our students placed in several of the events. Way to go! Our Grade 1 students learned lots at the Butterfly Conservatory on Thursday and our Grade 6 Overnight Camp was a blast on Thursday and Friday. Our Grade 6’s will be returning back to the school by 9PM on Friday evening. Thanks again to our staff and parent volunteers who made all of these opportunities possible for our students. We sure do make a great team!

Next week, Term 2 report cards will be available online on June 22nd (instructions to follow in a separate email). We will have the pleasure of recognizing and celebrating our grade 6’s journey from EJ to their next chapter at our Grade 6 celebration ceremony on Thursday evening. Our JK’s will have their graduation to Grade 1 ceremony on Friday at 11:30 AM outdoors.

Moving in the fall? Please inform the office by email ([email protected]) or call 519-763-7374.

Lost & Found! Please come by the school anytime to see if any items in the Lost & Found belong to your children. We will be sending items off to a donation centre on June 30th.

Below are a few important dates:

  • June 22 > Term 2 Report Cards go home
  • June 22 > Gr 6 Graduation
  • June 23 > SK Graduation
  • June 27 > Year End Assembly
