End of Semester: Final Evaluations, Semester 2 Timetables & CW Eats

All students will complete an assessment each day on the Final Evaluation Days. The assessments may include a written exam, an activity, an interview/conference, or presentation. Students are asked to speak to their classroom teacher regarding the expectations of the Final Evaluation Day.
Students are expected to attend all final evaluations unless there are medical reasons (a medical note is required) or extenuating circumstances as determined by the Vice-Principal. Please do not schedule trips, vacations, or appointments during final evaluations.
In the event buses are cancelled in our area exams will be moved ahead one day and details will be posted on UgConnect and the school website.
Final Evaluations Schedule:
Day 1 - Thursday, January 22, 2026 - Period 1
Day 2 - Friday, January 23, 2026 - Period 2
Day 3 - Monday, January 26, 2026 - Period 3
Day 4 - Tuesday, January 27, 2026 - Period 4
Day 5 - Wednesday, January 28, 2026 - No Scheduled Exams
Thursday, January 29 & Friday, January 30, 2026 - P.A. Days
Friday, February 6, 2026 - Report Cards Available On-line
Please ensure that you have returned all instructional materials (textbooks, chromebooks etc.) to your classroom teacher, the library, or office by Tuesday, January 27.
How to access your Semester 2 timetable:
Visit: Connect Ed for Students
Username is the first 3 letters of your first name and your full last name.
(ex. John Smith = JohSmith)
Password is your OEN. There are no spaces or dashes between digits.
OEN can be found on any report card. It is the 9 digit number beside your name. If you need assistance finding this, please contact the main office or the guidance office at the school.
To view your semester 2 timetable: Select “Timetable”, “Summary”, then “Semester 2” from the semester drop down menu.
Guidance
Students are encouraged to drop into Guidance before or after scheduled evaluations to meet with their Guidance Counsellor for course selection planning, semester 2 timetable change requests or other inquiries. Appointments are not required. Students who prefer to set up an appointment are welcome to email us directly:

Students can request a timetable change, if needed, up until the fifth day of classes in semester 2. A request form will be posted in the Grade Google Classrooms.
CW Eats
The last day for CW Eats this semester is Monday, January 19th. CW Eats will resume on February 9th.
