This year's Prom - Glitz and Glam, will take place on Friday May 22nd, at St. George Banquet Hall in Waterloo. Tickets are available for purchase through school cash online. Ticket cost is $50.00 and will include soft drinks, a nacho bar, fruits, desserts, a photo booth with photo strips, dj and lots of sparkles! Prom starts at 7:00pm and ends at 10:00pm. Please pick up your permission form in the main office. Guests from outside of Centre Wellington DHS will need a yellow guest form. All guests will be vetted by Admin. If you are bringing a guest from CW, they will not require a Guest Form, but will need to complete the school permission form. Forms are available in the main office.
