As we approach the end of Semester 2, we would like to share some important information regarding final evaluations, the return of school materials, and locker clean-out procedures.

Final Evaluations

All students will complete a final evaluation on each of the scheduled Final Evaluation Days. Final evaluations may include a written exam, performance task, activity, interview/conference, presentation, or another form of assessment as determined by the classroom teacher.

Students are encouraged to speak with their teachers regarding the expectations and format of their final evaluations.

Students are expected to attend all final evaluations unless there are medical reasons (a medical note is required) or extenuating circumstances as approved by the Vice-Principal. Please do not schedule vacations, appointments, or other commitments during the final evaluation period.

Final Evaluation Schedule (Note all exams begin at 9:15 a.m.)

Day 1 - Thursday, June 18, 2026 - Period 1

Day 2 - Friday, June 19, 2026 - Period 2

Day 3 - Monday, June 22, 2026 - Period 3

Day 4 - Tuesday, June 23, 2026 - Period 4

Day 5 - Wednesday, June 24, 2026 - No Scheduled Exams

Thursday, June 25 & Friday, June 26, 2026 - P.A. Days

Friday, July 3, 2026 - Report Cards Available Online

Return of School Materials

Please ensure that all instructional materials, including textbooks, library resources, Chromebooks, and other school property, are returned to your classroom teacher, the library, or the main office by Tuesday, June 23, 2026.

Locker Clean-Out

All student lockers must be completely emptied by 12:00 p.m. (noon) on Wednesday, June 24, 2026.

After this deadline, custodial staff will begin removing locks and clearing any remaining contents from lockers as part of our summer cleaning and maintenance preparations. Items left in lockers cannot be guaranteed to be recovered.

Students are encouraged to begin taking home books, clothing, athletic equipment, and other personal belongings before the final evaluation period whenever possible. Once a locker has been emptied, students should remove their lock and take it home.

Parents and guardians are asked to help by reminding students to bring their belongings home prior to June 24.
