Dear Arbour Vista families,

Parent-Teacher Interviews were a success! It’s clear that our school community is deeply committed to student success. Your active involvement and dedication to your child’s education are both crucial and greatly appreciated. Notably, students were proud to share their work and classroom experiences.

Thank you to all those who joined us for interviews, whether in person or virtually. Your participation makes a real difference!

Faith Days During December

Acknowledging and celebrating days of faith is an important aspect of many religious traditions and cultures. Different faiths have their own holy days, festivals, and observances that hold significance for their followers. During the month of December, please see the days that will be acknowledged and celebrated by some members of our school community. Please note that there is diversity within faith communities and that no one list can represent all faith traditions or observances.

Kiss’n Ride

A quick reminder to help keep our Kiss ’n Ride safe and efficient: Please keep stops brief so traffic can flow smoothly, and reserve putting on coats, hats, and mittens for a parking spot rather than the Kiss N’ Ride lane. If you’re crossing from the parking lot, always use the crosswalk for everyone’s safety, doing so with your child helps model this important safety habit. Also, make sure students exit the vehicle on the right-hand side to avoid stepping into traffic. Thank you for helping make drop-offs safe and stress-free for all!

Message from UGDSB: French Immersion Program Review

The UGDSB in partnership with Matatest Inc. has sent a French Immersion Program Review survey to parents. Please check your email (including your junk mail folders) and complete the survey if you have not done so yet. Thank you for your feedback, your input is valued as we look ahead to future programming needs.
