Happy Tuesday! We hope everyone had a wonderful Thanksgiving weekend.
As we embrace the fall season, it can be difficult to know what to wear each day as the temperatures are fluctuating. Layering clothing is a great way to keep your child comfortable as the weather changes. Please remember to label your child’s clothing as they may remove a sweater or sweatshirt throughout the day.

CCAT Dates
Please be advised that the CCAT administration dates have changed, as a result of some shipping issues at the board level. The dates will be as follows:
Week of Oct 22-24: CCAT practice tests
Week of Oct 28-30: CCAT Testing Dates
Lost & Found
If your child has lost something, please encourage them to visit the Lost and Found located outside of the main office. We’ve asked teachers to take their students to look through the Lost and Found this week.
As a reminder, any unclaimed items will be donated at the end of the month.
Police Presentations- October 16, 2024
Officer Grant will be visiting our school on October 16, 2024, to speak with various classes as part of our ongoing commitment to student safety and community engagement. These visits will help students learn important skills and information in a fun and educational way.
Here is the schedule for Officer Grant’s visits:
JK/SK: Community Helpers
Grade 1: Traffic Safety
Grades 2 & 3: Personal Safety
Grade 4: Anti-Bullying
Please see the letter that was sent home, which outlines specific curriculum connections by grade. These sessions are designed to provide learning experiences for our students and further enhance their understanding of safety in their daily lives. * Please note that there was a typo in the Grade 2 & 3 letter. The presentation will take place on the 16th, not the 19th.
