Sunscreen
With warmer weather approaching, we encourage families to send sunscreen to school for their child’s use during outdoor activities. Please note that aerosol cans are not permitted. Sunscreen must be in cream or lotion form and should be scent-free to respect allergies and sensitivities. Kindly label the container with your child’s name.
Reminder of the Upcoming Grade 7 vaccine
Public Health is returning to Ecole Arbour Vista Public School to provide the second doses of Grade 7 vaccines on: Thursday May 22 nd , 2025. Please click here for additional details.
Family Fun Food Orders DUE!
Our Family Fun Fair is fast approaching. It is scheduled for May 29th. Don’t forget to get your Harvey’s orders in! Orders close TODAY on May 20th.
Kindergarten Orientation
We will be welcoming our new cohort of JK students to Arbour Vista for their orientation on May 20th from 5:30-6:30. Looking forward to meeting our new Vipers.
Lost & Found
With the warmer weather, students have forgotten all about their missing sweaters and jackets, and as a result our lost and found bin is bursting at the seams. Please encourage your students to look through the lost and found items before the end of next week. All remaining items will be donated following May 23rd.

Thanks to your support, we’re bringing Harvey’s to our field for an in-person BBQ experience! Pre-order your meals through School Cash Online, then dress your burgers on-site for a fresh, warm dinner your family will love.

Scholastic Book Fair
In coordination with the Family Fun night, Arbour Vista will be hosting a Scholastic Book Fair on Thursday May 29th from 5:30 - 7:00 in the evening. In addition, we are requesting donations of any gently used LEGO pieces that your household may be interested in recycling. These pieces will be cleaned and added to our library makerspace.
Volunteers Needed
We’d love your support! Please complete the Google Form . You will also require a vulnerable sector police check. Your information will be shared with the School Council to help coordinate volunteer opportunities for this year and next.
