We are partnering with Terra Cotta Cookies for our first-ever fundraiser which will help raise much-needed funds towards building and beautifying our school’s outdoor play areas.
If you need a little more convincing let us tell you by supporting this delicious fundraiser you will contribute to improving the outside play spaces at our school, allowing the purchase of outdoor items like toys and games and other varieties of play equipment for our kids to be able to enjoy all the seasons of being outside.
In addition to benefiting the students of the Grand River Public School community, buying these cookies will help make your holiday gift-giving a little bit easier and tastier!
There are different cookie options to choose from:
(1) Baked Shortbread Gift Boxes: $10/box
Pre-baked bookies, so no work required! 2 bags with 120g each, Total of 240g (approx. 24 cookies). Perfect for holidays, teacher gifts, and family treats!
(2) Cookie Dough Drops: $15/box
Each 800g box contains 40 pre-portioned dough drops ready to bake straight from freezer to oven. Bake as few or as many as you like! There are 12 flavours of Cookie Dough Drops including two Gluten-Free and one Vegan option:

This fundraiser will run from November 13 through to November 27 and the order pick-up date is on December 11 between 11:30am and 2pm.
All orders must be picked up by you from our school (39 Kirvan Street) between 11:30am and 2pm on December 11.
Due to the sensitive nature of the product (which is delivered frozen but can be kept out at room temperature for up to 5 hours) ALL ORDERS MUST BE PICKED UP NO LATER THAN 2PM.
If you are unable to commit to picking up your order between 11:30am and 2pm on December 11 please reach out to us & we may be able to make alternate arrangements for you; this will be on a first-come first-served basis and is subject to availability.
GRAND RIVER PUBLIC SCHOOL WILL NOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY ORDERS WHICH HAVE NOT BEEN PICKED UP BY 2PM ON DECEMBER 11.
IMPORTANT NOTE:
All of our fundraiser supporters MUST shop through the Grand River Public School’s personalized/customized online link, in order to ensure the sales credit for our group.
We apologize however we cannot accept orders for this fundraiser anywhere else other than directly on our school’s custom online webpage. This is because if orders are placed elsewhere we cannot receive the benefits.
The online payment options are: Visa, Visa Debit or Mastercard and upon check-out you will be asked to provide your full name, address, email address and phone number. There will be an option to indicate your student’s teacher/classroom details as well.
