One of our focus areas for this year is developing
HAWK Pride
Each letter of HAWK Pride is associated with a character trait, which will be the focus for the month. The first H is all about honesty. Our assembly focused on what honesty is, why it is important, and why it is sometimes hard to be honest. During the month, there will be classroom discussions and activities, as well as school wide announcements that focus on honesty. Many students were overheard this week talking about the importance of being honest, especially when trying to solve a problem or resolve a conflict. Well done HAWKS!
