In June, James McQueen Public School will recognize Pride Month, in alignment with all schools across the Upper Grand District School Board.
The Pride flag will be raised and remain in place throughout the month as a symbol of our commitment to creating a safe, inclusive, and welcoming school environment for all.
During this time, students will participate in age‑appropriate learning and activities that promote understanding, respect, and belonging. This work reflects UGDSB’s ongoing focus on equity, inclusion, and human rights.
