Good Evening PCPS Families,
The winter season seems to have come in like a lion! Or should we say Panther? We ask that students label their belongings and consider bringing a spare pair of socks and mitts for their bags.
We have noticed a large portion of our older students not dressing appropriately after being reminded by staff. If you have an intermediate student, we would encourage you to have a conversation with them about appropriate outdoor wear for recess and the expectation that students are to go outside for recess when directed. All students should be prepared to go outside for 2 (20 min) breaks.

This upcoming week, students in Grade 4 and Grade 7 will receive EQAO results. These will come home by the end of the week next week in an envelope.

PCPS Winter Concert Event
Students from Kindergarten to Grade 3 have worked incredibly hard to prepare for our Winter Concert. We also appreciate the contributions of our students in LRC 10 and older students who are busy making decorations. Students will have the opportunity to have a dress rehearsal on Dec. 11 through the day and perform for students in grades 4-8.
Date: Thursday, Dec.11, 2025
Dress Rehearsal: 11:20 - 12:20
Concert Time: 6pm-7pm
Performer Drop Off Time: 5:45pm - Doors will be open at 5:45. At that time we invite families to drop off their K-3 child at their classroom. An adult will be there to greet them in their classroom. The Classroom Teacher will reach out with specific information for your child’s performance. When the concert is finished, parents can pick their child up from their classrooms.
We look forward to celebrating winter together.
