Good Morning PCPS Families,

It’s hard to believe that this is the last week of November!   This is a wonderful time to get those winter clothes ready, label them and help prepare our students for fun in the snow.  We're looking forward to seeing parents and caregivers for interviews on Thursday and Friday of next week.  Remember, there are no classes for children next Friday as this day is set aside for interviews.  There were some issues in accessing the board website for online interview booking.  Email your child’s teacher directly if you are looking to book an interview.  Alternatively, you can try copying and pasting the following link into your web browser (it works best from a laptop)   Copy and Paste: https://webapp.ugdsb.on.ca/pti/Account/Login

School Reminder: Please note that we encourage all families to meet their child at their assigned door at 3:00.   Parents who need to have their child picked up are encouraged to call the school prior to 2:30 and let Ms. Marnie know so we can have your child ready.    If you are coming into the school, all parents are required to sign in at the office.  This is important for us to know who is in the building.   We will call for your child to come to the office.   Thank you for your help with this.

Professional Activity Day - Friday, November 29th:  Please see the attachment below for details on what staff will be focusing on during this upcoming day.  Sharing these outlines with families is a requirement of the Ministry of Education: Nov. 29 PD Day

PCPS Math Night: Please watch for an email early this week with information about our PCPS school math night.

Parent Council: Our parent council has been working to share information with our school community.  Please be sure to check the school facebook page or school website for information on upcoming meetings.  Our January and February meetings will be held virtually.  The google meet links will be found on the school website.

Food Drive: For the month of November, we have been collecting non-perishable items for the Orangeville Food bank.   Our bins are growing in the front office and Ms. Grist’s class has been displaying donations in the main glass case.   This is our last week, let’s give back Panthers!
