Welcome back to another wonderful week of learning. We are excited to be hosting the wheelchair basketball program in our gym. Last week, students had the opportunity to learn about wheelchair basketball as well as have an opportunity to explore them.
We would like to acknowledge the students who participated in the "Skills" competition under the direction of Mr. Zettel and Ms. Lowe. Thank you for representing PCPS at this event.
Field Trips/Volunteers:
If you are interested in volunteering at the school either in the Library, with a classroom or on a field trip, we encourage you to get your Vulnerable Sector Check.
Volunteers Needed:
We are continuing to look for adult volunteers to help in the library. If you have submitted a Vulnerable Sector Check to the office and are looking for an opportunity to be present in the school more, please consider volunteering to shelve books in the library. Timing and schedule are highly flexible with no limits on minimum or maximum hours of availability. If you are interested please reach out to Ms. Kaufman at sara.kaufman@ugdsb.on.ca or stop by the office to schedule training.
