A reminder that Plan of Care and Plan of Care renewals (students with life threatening medical conditions (anaphylaxis, seizures, diabetes, asthma, and others)  will be in the office for parents/caregivers to come from August 26th to September 2nd from 830am to 320pm to sign. This must be completed each school year and is an important part in ensuring that children with these serious life threatening conditions needs are met as per parent and doctor directions.
