Weekly Update
Please remember that our playground equipment is closed for the season and this includes after school hours for safety as insurance runs from from April 1-Oct 31.
Progress report cards are available using the online portal.
Parent Teacher interviews are happening this week on Thursday, Nov 27th in the evening and Friday, November 28th all day (PA Day). If you are having difficulty booking an interview, please contact your child's teacher or the office to book an interview. If you are unable to make it this week, advise your child's teacher(s) and you can set up another time.
Grade 8 Ross Parent Night- Nov 26th at 6pm at Ross
Food orders for the next term (pizza, milk, subs) are upcoming next week.
River Run: Gr 1-3 Nov 26h
Picture Retake Day on Nov 27th for anyone who missed the day or would like a re-take. Please notify your child’s teacher if you would like a retake.
PA Day Nov 28th-We will be focusing on parent teacher conferences. Please book your date for Thursday evening or Friday to meet with your child’s teacher.
Winter concerts:
Kindergarten winter gathering: Thursday, December 11th. 2:00pm in the gym. The kindies will perform a few songs followed by treats and refreshments. Parents/Families are invited to attend. The John F. Ross band will be playing on December 11th at 11:10am.
Daytime concert: Tuesday, December 16th. 9-10am. Each primary and junior class (gr.1-6) will perform as well as a short performance by each extracurricular music club (grade 6 band, intermediate band, grade 1-5 choir and grade 6-8 choir). Parents/Families are invited to attend.
Evening concert: Tuesday, December 16th 6:30-7:15pm. The extracurricular music clubs (grade 6 band, intermediate band, grade 1-5 choir and grade 6-8 choir) will perform. Parents/Families are invited to attend.
