(225 minutes each day) - School and Board Improvement Planning
Teachers will work in teams and use a professional learning framework to examine patterns of student learning through multiple sources of evidence, including student work, course achievement data, and classroom assessments. The purpose is to identify common learning challenges and instructional barriers that may be impacting student success.
Through guided discussion and reflection, teachers analyze where students most frequently struggle, consider how current instructional and assessment practices may contribute to these challenges. Teachers will identify targeted instructional adjustments to implement in the upcoming semester and track the impact of these adjustments on student learning over time. This process is intended to support continuous improvement in teaching and learning across all subject areas.
