Dear Winegard Families,
February is off to an incredible start at William C. Winegard, and we have truly hit the ground running! Our school has been buzzing with energy and excitement, especially with our recent Wheelchair Basketball experience, which is providing students with a powerful opportunity to learn about inclusion, teamwork, and perseverance.
We are also looking forward to watching and learning more about the Winter Olympics, as students explore the dedication, sportsmanship, and global connection that come with this amazing event. And of course, we’ll kick off the week right after Super Bowl Sunday (which is Sunday, February 8 this year)! No matter which team you cheered for—or how intense your halftime snack strategy was—we know our students will be back ready to learn, laugh, and give their best on Monday.
As we move through the month, we will continue building on this momentum with the same enthusiasm, focus, and commitment to learning that makes WCW such a special place.
