Dear Winegard Families,
We are absolutely barreling through February here at WCW — and what an exciting month it has been! Our halls have been filled with meaningful learning as students continue to explore and celebrate Black Brilliance, highlighting the voices, stories, and contributions that help shape our communities. At the same time, there has been plenty of Olympic spirit in the air as we cheer on Canadian athletes and talk about perseverance, teamwork, and pride.
Next week, we are especially excited to see our Primary students take centre stage for our Primary Winter Gathering. We can’t wait to celebrate their hard work and share in the joy of their performances. February may be flying by, but the energy and learning certainly are not slowing down!
