Dear parents/guardians,
This is a reminder that as of January 23, Wellington-Dufferin-Guelph Public Health has notified families of students with incomplete vaccine records via email. Please check your email inboxes, including junk mail folders, for a notification from wdgnotifications@wdgpublichealth.ca.
Ontario law requires every student to have an updated vaccine record in order to attend school. Parents or guardians are responsible for updating their child's records with Public Health. Starting March 25, students with incomplete records may be suspended.
