We would like to inform you of an update to report cards, as per recent changes by the Ministry of Education.

Beginning with the June 2026 reporting period, all students in Kindergarten to Grade 8 will receive a paper copy of their end-of-term report cards. This practice will continue moving forward for both the January/February and June reporting periods. This change is intended to ensure that all parents and guardians have direct access to information about their child’s progress and achievement.

Report cards will continue to be available online, in addition to the paper copy.

Please note that progress reports, issued in the fall, will continue to be provided electronically only. Printed copies of progress reports can be requested through your child's school office.

For secondary school students, current report card distribution practices will remain in place. However, a paper copy of a report card will be provided upon request by a parent or guardian.

Thank you for your continued support. If you have any questions, please contact your child’s school.
