New Family Portal Instructions:

1. Log in to the Family Portal: family.ugdsb.on.ca

2. Click the Report Cards icon (Ctrl + F5 on PC, Command + Shift + R on Macbook to refresh if you don’t see it)

3. Select the most recent report card to download or open it.Please follow these steps:

Step 1:

Click on this link to access Wellington Heights Secondary School - Edsembli for Students enter your User Name and Password

User Name: first 3 characters of their usual name and your full last name ( example: John Smith would be JohSmith

Password: Student's OEN Number

Step 2: - Accessing Timetables

Select " Timetables" from the drop down menu, and "This Year". From there you can access the schedule for the day, week, or full school year by clicking " Summary" and select your Semester and Term.

Step 3: - Accessing Report Cards:

You can also access your Report Cards from this portal by clicking on “Personal” from the drop down menu, and “Digital Documents.”  From there you can see a list of Report Cards, which are accessed by clicking on the PDF files under the heading “View/Download”.
