1) READcycle Event – March 6th
How can your child participate in this fun event and choose new books to read over March Break?
Send in your gently-used children’s books by March 5th.
On March 6th your child will get to shop for READcycled books!
- Bring 1 Book= Get 1 Book
- Looking for non-fiction and graphic novels
- Please, NO board books

2) REMINDER: Brant Avenue PS is having a Spirit Week from March 4-8, including a Dance-A-Thon! Pledges are open on SchoolCash Online until Wednesday, March 6th.
- Monday, March 4 is Show What You Love Day
- Tuesday, March 5 is Head & Shoulder Day
- Wednesday, March 6 is Comfy Cozy Day & READcycle event
- Thursday, March 7 is Sparkle & Shine Day & Dance-A-Thon
- Friday, March 8 is Brant Bear Day
3) Did you know every school in the Upper Grand has a multifaith prayer space available? Currently, ours is in the meeting room behind the office. If your children need any religious accommodations, like support during fasting or access to the prayer space, please connect with their classroom teacher or with Ms. Jones or Ms. DeBoer in the office.
