Laurelwoods Elementary School

Beginning Tuesday Nov. 16, 2021 after 4:00 pm, parents and guardians can download their child’s Progress Report from our school’s website. The Board has provided access to the Parent Portal, to allow parents to ensure they have a working account.

Progress Reports will only be available starting November 16, 2021 after 4:00 pm.

If you previously accessed our Electronic Report Card system in June of 2021, no action is required at this time.

If you do not remember your password, instructions on how to reset your password can be found on our website https://sites.google.com/ugcloud.ca/parenthelp/report-cards-parent-portal.  Your username is your email.

If your child is NEW to the Upper Grand DSB, you will be able to authorize your account from our school’s webpage https://www.ugdsb.ca/Laurel/ – the UGDSB Parent Portal link can be found directly below the photo of the school. . Here is a video of the process after you have clicked on the link for your child’s school

Virtual parent/teacher interviews are being held November 25 from 4:00 pm – 8:00 pm and November 26 from 9:00 am – 3:00 pm. To book your child’s parent-teacher interview please use the following link https://webapp.ugdsb.on.ca/pti/Account/Login once the site opens on Monday November 15th at 4:30 pm. This site will remain open for bookings until November 23rd at 10:00 am.  Your booking can be made after logging in.  You will need your child’s birth date as well as their OEN number which can be found beside their name at the top of their report card.
