Progress Reports and Interviews
Dear Maryborough Families,
Progress Report Cards will be available online on Thursday, November 16th at our school Report Card Portal: https://connect.edsembli.com/on/ugdsb/maryb/portal/viewer/login/login.aspx?logintype=P.
If you have previously accessed our Electronic Report Card system, no action is required at this time and you will be able to access your child’s Progress Report Card. If your email address has changed, please contact Mrs. Eberhardt to update this information. Please see the following website for more information about creating an account, what to do if you’ve forgotten your password, or steps for how to access your child’s report card: https://sites.google.com/ugcloud.ca/parenthelp/.
Parent/Guardian & Teacher Interviews will be held on the November 24th PD Day. Interviews will be booked using the PTI Booking Website: http://www.ugdsb.on.ca/pti. This site will open at 12:00 pm on November 16th, and will stay open until 12:00 pm on November 22nd. Interview times are available throughout the day on the 24th from 9:00 am to 3:30 pm; and some staff do have additional times available (including the evening of November 23rd). Interviews can be in-person, over the phone, or using Google Meet. What is an OEN?
You will need your child’s OEN to log into the Parent/Teacher Interview system. Your student’s OEN can be found at the top right corner of any previous Report Card, Progress Report or Communication of Learning as an OEN stays with each student for the duration of their schooling in Ontario.
